1. Scope
This Return Policy applies to evening relaxation and mental reset sessions purchased from Detoxifyounewax. As experiential services, standard product return rules do not apply; instead, cancellation and refund terms govern your booking.
2. Cancellation by Client
You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed session under the following conditions:
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled session: full refund or free rescheduling
- 24 to 48 hours before the session: 50% refund or one free rescheduling within 30 days
- Less than 24 hours before the session: no refund; rescheduling subject to a $15 administrative fee

3. Cancellation by Studio
If we must cancel a session due to facilitator unavailability, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled session without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. We may offer a partial credit at our discretion for first-time no-shows.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. You will receive email confirmation when a refund has been initiated.
6. Session Packages
Multi-session packages are refundable only for unused sessions. Used sessions are charged at the single-session rate; the remaining balance is refunded according to the cancellation timeline above.
7. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable once purchased but may be transferred to another person. Unused certificates expire 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
8. Dissatisfaction
If your experience did not meet expectations, please contact us within 7 days of your session. While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, we will review your feedback and may offer a complimentary follow-up session or partial credit on a case-by-case basis.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions. Affected sessions will be rescheduled or refunded at your choice.
