Our facilitators are real people you will meet in person — trained in wellness guidance, hospitality, and creating a calm, welcoming room.

A small team with a clear focus

We are not a call center or a franchise network. Every session at 155 E 3rd St is led by someone from this team — present, attentive, and focused on making your visit feel easy.

Our facilitators hold certifications in mindfulness facilitation, breathwork instruction, or hospitality management. None of them are licensed medical or mental health providers.
